Accountancy Firm Supports Stars of the Future
Swansea-based chartered accountants H W Vaughan has helped support the industry’s stars of the future by sponsoring this year’s Nigel Aston Award for Accountancy at Swansea College. The award was given to Joel Greenwood who was selected by staff at the college in recognition of his work over the past year at the college’s awards night on Wednesday (July 8). The annual event recognises the achievements of students across the college’s subject areas. H W Vaughan partner Russell Halliday attended the awards ceremony on behalf of the company, and handed over the prize and certificate to Joel. |

He said: “We were delighted to sponsor this award for the first time, which was a chance for us to support local young people and hopefully the next generation of accountants.
