Oats-So-Good Company
Ann Grey is company secretary of the Oats-So-Good Company, a granola cereal manufacturer based on the outskirts of Swansea. “When you are in business you need a good accountant,” says Ms Grey.
This is exactly what she gets from WBV, which became the company’s accountants 12 years ago. The manufacturer was unhappy with the level of advice and service provided by the previous firm of advisers.
“When Rylan and Russell came to see us, they offered us a good deal and we decided to go with them”.
Now WBV takes care of the company’s accounts and payroll, as well as anything else they need. When the Oat-So-Good Company applies for loans and grants from the Welsh Assembly or the bank, the accountancy firm does the work, providing forecasts and sitting in on meetings.
“WBV works with us, not against us,” says Ms Grey. “They are always there if we need advice - we just have to pick up the phone.
