H. W. Vaughan & Co is an established firm, founded in 1929, with an excellent reputation for getting things done.

We hold Investors in People (IIP) status, which recognises organisations that improve their performance by making the most of the skills and capabilities of their people. This status is held by around 30,000 UK organisations, in all sectors and of all sizes.
We first achieved IIP status in 2002 and undergo three-yearly reviews to ensure that we continue to meet the challenging standards required.
